In a 9x13 casserole dish add:
1 head lettuce,torn in pieces
6-7 stalks celery
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1pkg (10 oz) frozen peas
2 tomatoes, chopped
Cover these layers with a mixture of:
1 3/4 cups mayo
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
Seal tightly with plastic wrap and leave overnight in refrigerator. Just before serving layer on top:
3 chopped hard boiled eggs
1/4 lb crumbled, cooked crisp bacon (7 1/2 slices)
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese
