Place 2 cups of hot water, 1/3 cup of sugar, and 1 Tablespoon of yeast, along with one stick of nearly melted butter in a mixing bowl. Let sit for a bit and then add 2 eggs, 1 tsp baking powder and 3 cups of bread flour. Mix together and then add 1 1/2 tsp salt and 2-3 cups of all purpose flour, mix and add more flour as needed to form a soft dough. Let knead in machine for 4 minutes. Cover top of dough with shortening or butter then cover with a towel or saran wrap and let raise until double in bulk, punch down, and let raise a second time.
Divide dough into two balls and roll into a circle and cut into triangles.
Roll up and put on buttered cookie sheet and let raise for 20-30 minutes.
Cook at 350 for 15-18 minutes, until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush tops with melted butter.

Let raise around 20-30 minutes and then bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes or golden brown.
Cool Slightly and then frost with Orange Glaze.
