1 pkg Pecan Sandie cookies
8oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup key lime juice
1 1/2 cup cool whip
2 tsp grated zest of lime (opt)
Mix together cream cheese, condensed milk. Add slowly. Add lime juice, cool whip, and 1 tsp grated lime zest. Pour into pecan sandie cookie crust. Sprinkly 1 tsp lime zest on top if desired and cookie crumbs.
