In a large 9x13" baking pan, line up all the taco shells (our kids don't
like tacos...weird, I know! So I just made 5 that night, that's why in
the pie plate). Fill each one with a couple of scoops of the beans and
pack down into the shell.
Add some taco meat on top of the beans (I
added dried red bell pepper and spinach flakes to my meat, that's why
the red and green).
Repeat until all the shells are filled.
Top each taco with shredded cheese. I added some olives as well before I baked them.
Bake for 8-10 minutes (or until all the cheese is melted). Serve with your favorite taco toppings
