Crock Pot Chicken Italiano

3 or 4 chicken breasts each cut into 3 pieces
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 bay leaf
26 oz jar meatless spaghetti sauce
veggies of your choice (can use onion, zuchinni, celery, green peppers, squash,
mushrooms, etc)Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle seasonings on chicken.
Add chopped veggies. Pour sauce over and stir. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or on
high for 3.5 to 4 hours. Remove chicken and shred. Return chicken to sauce and stir.
Serve over pasta.
