In a sauce pan melt 1 cube of margarine; add 2 pkgs. of dry italian salad dressing mix, 8 oz. cream cheese, stir until smooth; add 2 cans of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup, 1 C chicken broth, 1 soup can of water.
Cut up 6-8 chicken breasts and put in crock pot, then top with the sauce. Add as many chopped sun-dried tomatoes & artichokes as you like.
Cook on low heat 3-5 hours. Serve over angel hair pasta.
