2 cups whipping cream
4 egg yolk lightly beaten
1 c grated parmesan cheese
6T butter
salt and pepper
Cook pasta. In heavy skillet heat cream to simmer. Stir a bit into egg yolks, then add yolks to cream. Over low heat, stir in cheese and butter, season to taste.
