French Bread

The Classic Cookbook by Christopher Kimbal


3.5 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons honey
1 1/3 cups hot water
1 Tablespoon yeast

Combine ingredients (wet ones first) and mix for 5 min in mixer. Let rise once until doubled in size, punch down, form, and place on corn floured or greased pizza stone. Let rise and cook at 350 for 30-40 minutes or until internal temp reads 195.
