2/3 cup butter
1 cup Cocoa
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup evaporated milk (12-13oz)
2 tsp vanilla
Melt butter, stir in cocoa. Add sugar, salt, and milk, slowly. Bring to boil slowly. Play with heat if too hot it will burn. After boil add vanilla and remove from heat.
Can freeze if needed.
