4-6 medium Russet potatoes, cubed
1 yellow onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, peeled and chopped
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 can chicken broth
8 oz sour cream
8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
1 package Real Bacon Bits (4oz?)
Salt & pepper to taste
Chives to garnish
Cook in crockpot for 6-8 hours, or can boil on stove until potatoes are tender
