Easy Oven-Baked BBQ Ribs

sixsisterstuff.com

1 rack baby back rib rack
Salt and Pepper
1 cup of BBQ Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Liquid Smoke

Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F
Season your ribs with salt and pepper.
Place the ribs on a foil lined cookie sheet (I sprayed my foil with non stick spray)
With rib rack meat-side down, fold foil around it to create a tight seal. Transfer to sheet pan.
Bake in preheated oven until tender and cooked through, about 2 hours. Then take it out of the oven
Increase oven temperature to 350 degrees F
Mix the BBQ sauce and liquid smoke together. Turn over the ribs so that they are meat side up. Brush the sauce over the meat and place back into the oven for about 30 minutes.
