Ingredients-
Egg roll wrappers
bag of shredded cabbage
2 or so celery stalks chopped
2 or more T chopped onion
2 T soy sauce
1/8 t garlic powder
1 or more egg beaten
ground sausage
cornstarch
mix 1 T cornstarch and 2 T water and set aside (use to put on egg roll corners to wrap them and stick)
Cook ground sausage and add all ingredients
sprinkle with some cornstarch and let sit for a few min. and mix together
fill egg rolls and fry.
